it was marcus' halloween party on wednesday.

ended up with only me and huiying going . haha.

and it was sucha mad rush cos we didnt have costumes at all ! so at like 4pm, i smsed my cousin and asked her if she had halloween costume. in actual fact, i smsed a million people to ask. i even smsed mervin . LOL. anyway i got irritating replies like 'dress up as an onion!' or ' you're scary enough, you know' . well you know who you are.
haha but i got all the way down to serangoon to get the witch costume from cousin. hat + broom included. and later flew to somerset to collect some goth punk costume from rongyan for huiying.

marcus' party started at like 5pm and we were only there at say 8.30? talk about being late. but it was actly abit weird, cos the people there were all in their cliques. so huiying and i just had to entertain ourselves. oh btw, the party was at pandan valley condo. the function room has like sofas and all, so it was actly kinda pretty. haha. and oh yes marcus was in this hot white skinnys all dressed up as an angel. oh i think it was a fallen angel with the eyeliner and what nots.

ha. but it was still nice sitting around and taking pictures.oh and looking at all the ridiulous costumes too! cute.

bad thing was when we arrived, no food left! AH . haha.

so anyway we left the place at around 10 to head down to 85 to have supper. it took close to 1 1/2 hours to reach la. for your information pvc's at like clementi or something. so we practically took the entire route of bus no. 7 .haha.

just in case you're wondering, i changed out of the witch costume la. it'll be SO weird if i appeared at 85 like that. hahaha.

anyway managed to reach 85 at around midnight. and had supper with cally ben marcus. ben and cally were so on man.! asked them out cos i was sooo hungry and tadah they appeared! despite having lesson at 9am next morning and tonnes of projects to do.aw so touching. ha.

well, we were discussing the origins of halloween. so i kinda wiki-ed it .cos i think celebrating an occasion and not knowing its significance is kinda stupid.

well its like the pagan's 'festival of the dead 'kinda thing. but i guess theres no negative significance for halloween. quoting from wiki " a purely secular holiday devoted to celebrating “imaginary spooks” and handing out candy "
